3. Structure overview
3.1 Main machine：Winding drum installed in the machine’s frame is rotated by
the AC motor’s gear reducer, and the speed is controlled by the AC frequency
converter.
3.2 Winding dolly：pay off wire device is installed in the winding dolly, install
guide rail in the bottom, convenient to go in and out.
3.3 Electrical control system: made up from AC frequency converter,
contactor, operation panel. This system use the AC frequency converter to
control the asynchronous motor. Through the frequency converter, can change
the input motor power’s frequency, the advantage is small volume, low weight,
simple structure, easy to maintenance.

3.4 Pneumatic system: it is made up from air cylinder, solenoid valve and so on.
This system use solenoid valve to clamp the drum’s wire by the roller, it helps
to make the wire pay off smoothly.
4. Process description
4.1 Position the winding wire dolly:inching the forward and backward button, by
the pneumatic, control the dolly in the center.
4.2 Input the wire: wire go through the direction roller and straight device to
the drawing box then to the drawing die, use chain to clamp the wire’s head,
then inching the button then pull to the drum.
4.3 Draw the wire and winding: after input the wire, then start , general adjust
the speed to the requirement speed, then can winding the wire, clamp wire
roller clamp the wire.
4.4 When the wire is fulfill, stop the wire drawing machine and winding wire
dolly’s motor, start the air cylinder to pull the dolly to change the wire plate.
