② Leveling System:

Up 3+ Down 4, totally 7 shafts leveling device,

With feeding material guide, body frame made by H450 type steel by welding,

Wall panel thickness: 20mm, Q235,

Shafts manufactured by 45#steel, diameter 90mm, tone plated with hard chrome coated, precision machined.

③ Main forming machine:

Body frame made by H450 steel by welding,

Rollers manufactured by CR12 steel, CNC lathes, heat treatment, hard chrome coated, with thickness 0.04mm, surface with mirror treatment (for longer working life and anti-rust),

Shafts diameter 95mm, precision machined,

Gear / Sprocket driving, 30 steps to form,

Main motor: 15kw*2, frequency speed control,

④ Hydraulic cutting device:

Post cut, stop to cut, twp pieces of cutting blades, no blanking,

Hydraulic motor: 7.5kw, cutting pressure: 0-14Mpa,

Cutting tool material: Cr12Mov(=SKD11 with at least one million times of cutting life), heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree,

The cutting power is provided by the independent engine hydraulic station,

⑤ PLC control system:

Control the quantity and cutting length automatically,

Input the production data (production batch, pcs, length etc.) on the touch screen, then the machine can produce automatically,

Combined with: PLC, inverter, touch screen, encoder, etc.

⑥ Exit Rack:

Un-powered, two units, with rollers on it for easy movement.
