Decking Floor Steel Profile Forming Machine is galvanized steel as a raw material, after rolling cold-formed technology, die forming, mainly used for the production of steel works with floor boards, rolled into the floor boards after its V-shaped cross-section into categories, U-type, a ladder or a combination of several shapes, mainly used to make permanent formwork composite slab or concrete slab.

Rollers manufactured from 45# steel, CNC leathers, heat treatment, hard chrome coated, with thickness 0.04mm, surface with mirror treatment (for longer life anti-rust)

The material for embossing roller: bearing steel Gcr15 for long working life, heat treatment

Shaft diameter: Φ90/95mm, precision machined

Gear/Sprocket driving, about 24 steps to form,

Main motor: 11*2kw, frequency speed control

Real forming speed: 0-20m/min(not include cutting time)

4. Post hydraulic cutting device:

Post to cut, stop to cutting, two pieces type of cutting blade design, no blanking

Hydraulic moto: 5.5kw, Cutting pressure: 0-12Mpa,

Cutting tool material: Cr12Mov(=SKD11 with at least one million times of cutting life), heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree

The cutting power is provided by the main engine hydraulic station

5. PLC control system:

Control the quantity and cutting length automatically

Input the production data (Production batch, pcs, length, etc) on the touch screen, it can finish the production automatically combined with: PLC, Inverter, Touch Screen, Encoder, etc
